Note on Photo: American camp at San Antonio, Mexico, April 30, 1916. - Removing Sergt. Benjamin McGhee, of the 13th Cavalry, who was badly wounded when his column entered Parral, Mexico, April 12, 1916, Carranzistas fired on the men as they were passing through the town. McGhee was giving an order to his squad when a bullet entered his mouth and lodged his throat. He is shows in picture being taken from Hospital Corps. Tent and put in ambulance which rushed him to the boarder.
