Poston, Arizona. First service at the newly established post office, Post, at the relocation center for evacuees of Japanese ancestry on the Colorado River Indian Reservation. The post office was named in honor of Charles D. Poston, desert pioneer, and first Arizona territorial delegate to Congress.
