Sacramento, California. Louis' Camp just outside the city limits. 150 families pay ground rent ($3 per month) and erect their own shelters. Serves as winter quarters for many migrant seasonal agricultural worker families. Mexican, white, and a few Negro families, together with Filipino men, inhabit the camp.
